Terms of Service

The service

WebGrowthSignal audits websites you connect and produces a Growth Score, prioritized findings, and AI-generated recommendations. Depending on your plan it also provides first-party analytics and heatmaps, company-level visitor identification, a sales pipeline and outreach tools, ad copy generation, email marketing tools, and a pay-as-you-go Website Builder. The service is provided for informational purposes to help you improve your website; you are responsible for deciding which actions to take.

Your account

You can sign in with Google, with an email address and password, or with a one-time email link. You must provide accurate information, and you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to purchase a paid plan.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise a recurring charge for your plan until you cancel. Prices are shown inclusive of any taxes we are required to collect unless stated otherwise, and we may change prices with notice — a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

• New accounts get a 15-day trial with Pro-level access. No payment is taken during the trial and it does not convert on its own.
• Your plan determines how many websites you may connect and which modules you can open. Exceeding a limit does not incur an extra charge; the feature is simply unavailable until you upgrade.
• You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access for the remainder of any period you have already paid for. If you cancel before your first payment is taken, there is no paid period and access ends immediately.
• If a payment fails we may suspend paid features until it is resolved.

The Website Builder is a separate pay-as-you-go add-on billed from a prepaid credit wallet, not from your plan. Credits are charged according to what a build actually consumes; a build that fails is not charged. Credits have no cash value. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Connect or audit websites you do not own or are not authorized to analyze.
• Use the service to disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service or its rate limits.
• Use the AI features to create content that impersonates a real person or organisation, or that facilitates fraud, phishing or malware. We screen for this and will refuse or remove such content.
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

Your responsibilities for visitor and contact data

Several features process data about people who are not our customers — the analytics pixel, heatmaps, visitor identification, subscriber lists and outreach. For that data you are the controller and we act on your instructions. You are responsible for:

• Having a lawful basis to collect it, and disclosing the pixel in your own privacy notice.
• Only uploading contact lists you are entitled to use, and honouring opt-outs.
• The content of any outreach you send, and for complying with the marketing and anti-spam laws that apply to you and your recipients.

We provide the tooling that makes compliance possible — a verified sender of your own, a required postal address, an unsubscribe link in every message, and automatic suppression of bounces and complaints — but we do not review your recipients or your copy. We may suspend sending if it threatens deliverability or appears unlawful.

AI-generated output

Recommendations, reports, ad copy, outreach drafts and generated websites are produced by AI models and may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish it, send it, or spend money on it. As between us, you own the output you generate and may use it commercially; we make no warranty that it is original or that it does not resemble output generated for someone else. Generated ad copy and websites remain subject to the rules of whatever platform you place them on.

Published websites

If you publish a site built with the Website Builder, you are responsible for its content and for any data you collect through it. We may take down a published site that violates these terms, and we may remove generated apps and their databases after prolonged inactivity or after you close your account.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties including Razorpay (payments), Vercel and Neon (hosting), Resend (email delivery), OpenRouter (AI models), IPLocate (organisation lookup) and Google (sign-in and PageSpeed Insights). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services. Our Privacy Policy sets out what each one receives.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the service and its content. You retain rights to your website and the data you connect. You grant us the limited license needed to process that data to provide the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Audit results, scores, and AI recommendations may contain errors or be incomplete, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome, ranking, or increase in traffic or conversions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebGrowthSignal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time; deleting your account does not refund fees already paid. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if a payment remains unpaid, or to protect the service. After termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, except records we must retain for tax and accounting purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
